This also often happens (almost systematically) after suspending and
resuming. It won't connect to a network which is available and works
fine, no matter how many times I retry. Then I reboot and it connects
seamlessly.

For god's sake,  please set the importance of this to "critical" and
don't et it expire just because I can't provide more information: that's
not a reason for a bug to expire.
