Hmm. Now the camera is not working at all :(. Lemme ask you something: What's the change of the modules from Ubuntu being overheating the camera or something?
Timeline is: - was happily using my netbook and everything was working, including pretty much every ubuntu version from 8.10 to natty - installed natty and the camera wasn't working any longer - rebooted several times on other OSs and Ubuntu, every time it was working on others but not on Ubuntu - uninstalled Ubuntu and installed Arch, everything was working flawlessly -some time passed- - tried Ubuntu on live USB and everything was working - next day I tested the camera exhaustively on Ubuntu and it's not working any longer, on any OS. If it was an intermittent problem, why it didn't happened on other OSs (including other distros and proprietary OSs)? Just coincidence?
