Thanks. It's almost certainly the EAPD pin on node 0x14 that needs to be
enabled. I ran your codec in an emulator with the latest upstream code,
and it seems this issue is fixed upstream. Could you try it as well? See
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Audio/UpgradingAlsa/DKMS for an easy way to try
newest HDA drivers.
