This bug was filed without a package, I have assigned it to the gnome-
app-install which was the source of your error. However, more
information is needed for your bug report. More importantly, what went
wrong? All I read is you tried to install it and then must assume that
it failed. I just attempted an install of this myself without any
errors, please let us know.
