Hi Damien, Thanks for the steps to reproduce, they mahe things very clear.
I'm still unable to reproduce the behavior you see :( I tried this on a fresh Ubuntu 11.04 install, on which I updated Firefox to version 5.0. I installed all the french language support files to have an environment as close to yours as possible. Still, when I access the page you mention, I get both selection menus correctly, as can be seen in these screenshots: http://people.canonical.com/~roadmr/os.png http://people.canonical.com/~roadmr/lang.png Is this what you expected to get? Could you delete Firefox's cache and try loading the page again? If the page still loads incorrectly, you could save the page (use the File -> Save Page As option in Firefox), then zip and attach here *only* the .html file (all the graphical elements are not needed). This way we could see if the HTML code you're getting sent is correct. However based on my results I suspect that you may have received bad HTML from the site and your browser may have kept it cached. Please let me know what your results are.
