Hi, Same problem here. I tried the walkarounds proposed in the ITT Visual Information Solutions Tech Tip #4177, but they did not work for me. So downgrading seems to be the solution. I do not know how to do that though, do you have a procedure (apt-get command line) to go back to a libx11 versio that will work along with IDL? Thans A LOT for your help in advance! Alberto.
