HDMI audio is a separate bug.

So, I would like to check that the only thing that's wrong is actually
the EAPD pin. So, if you're happy to keep testing, could you please
verify this:

1) In hda-jack-sense-test, also check that the headphone is at node 0x19

2) That if my patch/package is installed and the EAPD pin is activated,
that auto-mute (between headphone and internal speaker) is working, and
also that autoswitch (between internal and external mic) is working.

3) In hda-analyzer, unclicking the "OUT" checkbox on node 0x1f will
cause the internal speaker to stop working.
