Full Ack! Has absolutely nothing to do with Chromium or any Browser based on it. As I already wrote, I had a logout after booting normally and only clicking on "Appearance" inside the Dash Menu. Nothing else was started. Stop debugging the Chrome Browser... it's not the cause!
