Phil - thanks for this. Much as I'd love to integrate the system
documents with moin and import them into the wiki, I think we need to
have a decent discussion about how we could present the documents in
such a way as to preserve clarity about (a) the reliability of specific
documents as opposed to others, and (b) the version applicability.
Essentially, I think we need to implement the spec at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/HelpWikiQualityAssurance.

I'd really love to get work moving on that for the next release but I
don't think (subject to others pointing out that I'm wrong) that it's
the sort of thing we can quickly implement for Feisty.

I think we should probably try and write a script which manually fixes
the broken links at time of building html. I'm going to have a go over
the next few days.
