Ubuntu is becoming a joke!

LTS and server - does it mean anything?

The above comment proves this!
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mysqmail/+bug/573633/comments/26

I guess everyone should ignore LTS, upgrade every 6 months, prepare to
break and then totally reconfigure their services regularly.

*rant over*

Anyone installing and still struggling with the following on installing
or trying to remove it:

Preconfiguring packages ...
The postinstallation script of MySQMail couldn't find
/var/lib/dtc/saved_install_config
mysqmail failed to preconfigure, with exit status 10
Selecting previously deselected package mysqmail.
(Reading database ... 43073 files and directories currently installed.)
Unpacking mysqmail (from .../mysqmail_0.4.9-1_all.deb) ...
Setting up mysqmail (0.4.9-1) ...
The postinstallation script of MySQMail couldn't find
/var/lib/dtc/saved_install_config
dpkg: error processing mysqmail (--configure):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 10
Errors were encountered while processing:
 mysqmail
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Do the following:

touch /etc/mysqmail.conf
apt-get purge mysqmail*

Broken packages in a LTS are not considered important and this is one of
several I have come across that are marked as fixed.
