Ubuntu is becoming a joke! LTS and server - does it mean anything?

The postinstallation script of MySQMail couldn't find /var/lib/dtc/saved_install_config mysqmail failed to preconfigure, with exit status 10 Selecting previously deselected package mysqmail. (Reading database ... 43073 files and directories currently installed.) Unpacking mysqmail (from .../mysqmail_0.4.9-1_all.deb) ... Setting up mysqmail (0.4.9-1) ...
