** Description changed: When I scroll in a program (tested with firefox 4.0.1 and nautilus) the - left part of the screen (the part where the "unity panel" shows up) + left part of the screen (the part where the "unity launcher" shows up) scrolls a bit delayed, which creates a tearing effect. I use the newest ccc ati driver.
