Count me in! Acer aspire 5732z, 4GB RAM intel pentium T4300 intel GMA4500 graphics. Upgraded from Maverick(64) to Natty(64), and get the same freeze after inactivity. Seems to happen regardless of screensaver. Curiously, while cursor appears, to move, Key combinations only seem to work part of the time. In my case, it might have something to do with the fairly rough and ready workarounds to get the backlight working properly... Am playing with power settings now, to try and get to the bottom of this...
