This bug is generally caused by one of 2 issues: * Me TV not recognising your audio stream on a particular channel * libxine not working with your audio hardware by default
By getting you to install xine-ui I was hoping that it would point out an issue with the default libxine configuration. If your audio menu in Me TV has streams then it's not the first issue. Can you please confirm? If it's the second issue, try changing the "audio driver" setting in the preferences dialog.
