Looking at http://ppa.launchpad.net/xorg- edgers/ppa/ubuntu/dists/maverick/main/source/Sources, it would seem that the package in question is xserver-xorg. Removing that will also remove ubuntu-desktop. So I need to remove those, then re-install them _without_ the PPA xorg-edgers enabled? That will allow me to upgrade to Natty? Of course, will have to do all that from console.
