I fixed the problem!

I explain how to do in a step by step guide in my wiki page:

http://wiki.ubuntu-it.org/ConfigurareBelkin54GWPA

I had to use ndiswrapper utils 1.9 , 'cause 1.8 doesn't work well with
Feisty

I had to type :

$ sudo modprobe ndiswrapper

to turn on the network card and to have eth1 displayed again.

Thanks for the help.
