I have noticed when I boot the system I see a message for just a second. I don't know how to stop the boot process from continuing so I can read the message, but I believe it says in part "shpchp" and "cannot reserve mmio area". You probably already expected that but there it is. Also, I am not sure I am adding the option line correctly. I am able to edit the file, but is there a certain place in the file the new line belongs? I added to the bottom of the other option lines already in the file. Do I need to leave some spaces between them? Or include any other symbols or characters?
