@_artem_: I _do_ have the /usr/bin/indicator-weather file, wonder what happened to yours...? Perhaps it got lost in the upgrade process.
I realised what happened to me is that in Maverick I was using the PPA (which is likely disabled on upgrade to Natty), whereas in Natty indicator-weather is in the repos. The one in the Natty repos fails to load with the KeyError.
