Sorry, it does not need a new model, the current model is correct. I have discovered a bug in that model though - it seems that both "Internal Mic Boost" and "Analog Mic Boost" controls the same thing underneath, which in turn *should* control the external mic. Can you grab me on IRC today for a remote debugging session?
