So when the network is this good do you still see the same behavior. Maybe open one tab but hang on the next. It sounds like your failure rate is close to 100% with rare ability to open a second tab to the same place. How about that first tab is it similar or does it always open OK? I'm speculating and searching for any idea of what could be causing this. I have seen it but can't repeat it now. Everything I try works fine for the last 2 days.
