IF I am looking at the correct gconf.xml file, then it says that the owner is ROOT and that I do NOT have rights to change permissions. I assure you that I have not changed any rights/permissions to that or any other files that were installed by this Ubuntu O/S.
Please don't tell me that the action of unchecking those boxes in the screensaver section of the program REQUIRES administrative rights to change those settings BUT yet it gives ZERO user prompt telling that you can not change/uncheck those boxes without having administrative/SUDO rights ?
