Hmm, I just checked and Firefox 3.6.10 gets this one correctly. However, it paints inactive selection in web pages in selection text color on gray background and disabled menu items in disabled color on normal background. GTK apps render the inactive menu items in the same colors but with "inset" look making them easier to read in this case.
