Attached is Xorg.0.log with 1440x900 stuck in front of the other resolutions.
After trying a variety of solutions (including calculating modelines) and nothing working, I removed my xorg.conf file. This allowed the system to correctly pick up the resolution, and for the first time since I've had this monitor, the correct refresh rate. I don't know if I should leave this bug open or not because I shouldn't have to do all that. ** Attachment added: "Xorg.0.log" http://librarian.launchpad.net/7220721/Xorg.0.log -- I can not use my monitor's native resolution https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/104491 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
