Till: The black cartridge works under Windows. Also, this model of printer will show the ink level when the door is open. It says the color ink is lower than the black.
Cycling the power did not help. I tried reconfiguring the driver and received the message: [cups-driverd] Bad driver information file "/usr/share/cups/drv/sample.drv"!
