i also observe freezes more often since about 2 weeks - can't listen to more than about 2-3 songs before banshee. current song also finishes playing. what i curiously have observed is that "kill -s QUIT $(pidof banshee-1)" unfreezes banshee again! can others confirm this? it's quite annoying, to the point where i'm forced to look for alternatives. lately i can only listen to internet radio streams, they don't care if the banshee GUI is frozen. :D :-(
