The message was displayed during the verification of the installation, when fetching the time from the time server. In any case, there is nothing specific to do - the bug came up during the installation, when no bug-tracking is in operation so there is no way for me to find out exactly when it comes up. Surely someone knowledgeable about the installation process can find out when this message is displayed and what produces the erroneous information.
