Hello Rui Leal Sorry if it seems stupid, but i don't know you. Connecting the cam, it appears on the desktop ? If yes, right click on the icon - explore, right-click on a video - properties - open with - and select the video player you generally use, if not present click add and then select it. If you already do that, then please connect the cam and in a terminal, type: lsusb copy the output and paste it into a file and attach here. Attach also these files: /var/log/syslog /var/log/dmesg /var/log/bootstrap /var/log/dpkg.log (1-2-3 if exists) /var/log/kern.log
