leighman is correct, the Wine PPA disables cautious launcher and thus
works around the problem.

I'm going to mark this as high priority in udisks because it's a serious
regression in Lucid and it's surely SRU worthy.  I'll note the
regression isn't in udisks proper, but that's where the fix needs to be.
