This bug is known upstream in OpenOffice. It is fixed in the 3.3
release. The Ubuntu packagers also know about this bug. The current
workaround is to (1) immediately switch (after starting your video) to
the "Slides" view and switch back. This will kill the double audio. Or
(ii) uninstall the presenter console, or (iii) go back to OpenOffice 3.1
(from karmic).
