Michał, I'm trying the latest WINE/pulse on one of my installs and it performs fairly well with the few games I play. If you ever try pulseaudio again, you need to do this to get ALSA apps like Flash to use pulseaudio: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1455816
