I don't understand your comment that the partitioner only allows selection of one disk. Sure, if you use automatic partitioning then that only applies to one disk, but if you use manual partitioning then you certainly can change more than one disk at once.
"Otherwise": that's straightforward grammar, i.e. "If you do not continue" => "If you go back". I don't think that requires prior knowledge of Ubuntu.
