This bug appears to be completely reproduceable and fairly serious. If the user presses the <Enter> key to move from one screen to the next, then the best thing that will happen is that they get hung at the keyboard selection screen. Both 'Forward' and 'Backward' are grayed out, but nothing else happens.
Worst case, they try up/down arrow, hit <Enter> again, and crash.
