I understand you're volunteering your spare time to do your very best. I always appreciate people trying hard to make things work well. I'm happy to try out different methods suggested and see if that helps. I never take anything for granted. I've personally thanked the author of Kega Fusion for giving it away for free, even though he (Steve Snake) could charge a small fee if he wanted to. I'm also thanking everyone here for helping me and others with this sound problem. :) I'm not sure about installing things from that link you provided, in case I do something wrong with it.
