Ok, running sudo aticonfig --initial (which creates an xorg.conf file) and rebooting allows sudo /usr/lib/fglrx/bin/amdcccle to then run as anticipated, but just "sudo amdcccle" results in command not found.
It looks like the fglrx-amdcccle_8.721-0ubuntu3_amd64 package does not put the binary in a path or create a menu entry (at least I can't find it). -- Does not support current Lucid kernel (2.6.32) or xserver (1.7) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/494699 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
