I cheked every spot in the BIOS - which is the latest version already - but there is no function to modify PCI-Express lanes or anything PCI- Express related options except of frequency, but that is Auto-Managed by EIST.
Of course the IGP is disabled and the frame buffer memory is disabled. First interface display init is PCI Express.
