Yag, stuff like this was why I dumped microsoft. While I am still free
to use a patch, it is still extremely bothersome to have to fight
against the developers, not because it's some bug, but because they
crippled something on purpose.

Is there some higher up who actually cares about the users that we can
contact for an explanation of this instead of shouting upon deaf ears?
