Please redo your branch against lp:~ubuntu-core-dev/gfxboot-theme- ubuntu/mainline; I'm afraid that I can't merge from branches prepared against lp:ubuntu/gfxboot-theme-ubuntu. (Yes, it's unfortunate that they are not currently the same.)
