Thanks. Here's the file compressed with zip. The password is andybennett
all one word.

BTW, I've run smartctl on my drives and it says there's no problem. I've
also realised that when my wife logs in to the same machine, (she
DOESN'T use ubuntuone), then the machine will respond immediately.

Obviously, it could be something else I'm running but the problem
started when I started running the ubuntuone client so it seems a bit
coincidental.

In any event I'll carry on trying to figure out what else it might be.
