Wait a moment: if I create the user _after_ installing fuse-utils, the user will be inserted in the group automatically if I am not wrong. This is why I ask to make this behavior deterministic. If the group is listed into a profile, the admin still decides in which profile to put an user. If the group fuse is in the profile, everything is ok and the admin is informed so there is no security risk - of course it is still up to the distribution to decide in which profiles to put the fuse group. Notice that I am talking about the admin profile in my bug report.
