I might as well mention another problem that quite recently popped up
regarding this keyboard. I've been using it with Ubuntu 8.10, 9.04 and
now 9.10 without other problems then the above mentioned, However, since
some time ago sometimes the numpad stops working, no matter what the num
lock state is, it only produces the other events and no numbers. It
seems rather random to me, but once it has stopped working I can't to
anything about it except turning off the computer and start it again.

I have to say that this wasn't the case when 9.10 came out, I would have
noticed since the numpad is used at least once a day. I don't remember
having this problem when troubleshooting with Martin Pitt in november
last year, or I would have mentioned it. Could it be a regression in one
of the kernel updates since then?

Once the numpad has stopped, if I switch to a VT it works there, but not when
switching back. An example:
1. The numpad has stopped working, the numlock state is on
2. I switch to a VT, the numlock state is on but pressing the number keys
doesn't result in numbers but rather sequences of characters (same as when for
instance pressing Page Up or Down).
3. If i hit the Numlock key, the state _remains_ on (ie, the indicator doesn't
change), and when pressing the number keys I get numbers.
4. After this, the numlock state and the expected result is what it should in
the VT
5. Switching back results in a non-working Numpad

I felt I needed to mention this since it might be related. And I have no
idea where to go from here and troubleshoot this numpad-issue. Should I
make another bug report? I probably should, right? Do I link them in
some way?
