Ok, so I'm troubleshooting from a daily Lucid LiveCD from 31th of january: Step 2: Same as before, i.e. no events for Fn+F4-6 but all the other Fn+Fx works
Step 4: When running /lib/udev/findkeyboards nothing was returned. I instead checked /dev/input/by-id and found this: lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 9 2010-01-31 22:09 usb-Logitech_Logitech_Illuminated_Keyboard-event-if01 -> ../event4 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 9 2010-01-31 22:09 usb-Logitech_Logitech_Illuminated_Keyboard-event-kbd -> ../event3 No response on Fn+Fx on input/event3 with /lib/udev/keymap -i input/event3. Using input/event4 instead. All Fn+Fx combinations works except Fn+F5 and F6, same as before. Fn+F4 is not mapped, but generates: scan code: 0xC01BC key code: messenger Step 5: Events only reported on input/event4. Step 6: There's no acpi events when pressing Fn+FX. As for other information it should be included in previous posts.
