Doris, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. You are correct that since you didn't uninstall Rhythmbox, that command that I gave you wasn't going to do anything.
For your own information, I have looked up what the DLNA/UPnp plugin is. It seems to be something that would allow a person to play their music files on other devices like the XBox 360 gaming console. I seriously doubt that is something you would need. As for the next step, I would like to redo the instructions I gave in comment 12 in this bug report.
