@S.Diestelhorst: I quess we have it so far. 400 is limit. I restarted cold and warm several times. Once i had the prob again with the "400" image. Since morning it doesn't occur again. For me the compiling ends here guys.
Stephan, you have, if i understand you right, given the information further to the linux guys?! Let us hope that the timer will be build before christmas... cheers christmas :-) @Steve Horsley:# 126 and the link thats given there... follow these steps: You forgot this here: CONCURRENCY_LEVEL=2 skipabi=true skipmodule=true fakeroot debian/rules binary-indep if you have run dpkg - i .... than you should rebuild your grub - in my case i use the grub2. To get the information from the new kernel to grub open terminal: sudo grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg and: sudo update-grub2 restart and cheers And before compiling again don't forget to eliminate the core2 installed kernel in synaptic; there it's enough to delete the image from core2 and the headers with the word core2. @Oktey A. : Thanks for pleasure. But Stephan D. is right; thats my only 32 bit machine. @All: I will upload my debs i created with 400 milli seconds and 1000 in my share folder of ubuntu one. I let this folder open till Christmas. So you have to sign in ubuntu one - see ubuntu help if you don't know what i mean. And than you have to tell me here ... I will create a share folder, where we can upload our debs for others. Stefan et al. : if you like to join send me an email. When i'm finished i will post it here.
