I've now run Tomboy in debug mode and the debug log is attached. The console output also showed an Assert error: "(tomboy:4394): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_source_remove: assertion `tag > 0' failed"
The bug has now been marked private although I don't think there's anything particularly sensitive in the file.....
