How long was the compiling process on your netbook (= i guess)? Concurrency_level=2 is for the Atom Processor? Did you try to enable with Fn+F6 than restart (and coldstart as well) without any plugged in devices in usb and .. thats important for me in battery mode? Is the flickering still present? (see bug 415023 - i know thats not a kernel bug but perhaps...) Thanks for answering ...
