Binary package hint: compiz
This bug is observed when the Application Switcher plugin is used on
i945, with the Bring To Front option enabled. After switching to an
application, its focused window will disappear for a fraction of a
second, then reappear again. Seems to be 100% reproducible on my
computer. Karmic beta, all packages are up to date.
