Now after some thinking, and clicking about 8 times on 'close' of the report, it seems to me that the reports are just accumulating over time and so I have to click several away (only that they all tell me same thing about a kernel problem). Therefore the warnings do not have a problem with not going away, it is just that after some time it is that many, that it takes several clicks! Which also would point towards a recurring problem while running.
