Okay, now that I reinstalled the system and dared to update again (the
other bug stopping the boot process is fixed now, thanks :-)) I can give
some more detailed informations.

The error message really comes up at every boot and by clicking on close
it does come back up. However this time, it only came up twice and then
seemed to (for now) close finally for this session.

The warning message was definitly not there on the freshly installed
karmic alpha 5, so it must have come by an update afterwards.
