I notice the following in your DpkgTerminalLog:

another process: Recurso temporariamente indisponível
User postinst hook script [/sbin/update-grub] exited with value 1
Did you have something else running in the background at the time you
updated? Can you try again. Refer to bug 271246 for more info.
