Ah, due to that bug I noticed that bin/kernel_crashdump doesn't use the
packaging API properly, and hardcoded the package name. Fixed in

But everything your patch does (and more, such as adding hooks
information, etc.) already happens while the user reports the bug
through apport. Why is it necessary to do this in kernel_crashdump
already?
