OK. Sorry, this is an old bug, I know. But I printed 16 pages this morning, and everything was fine. Ten minutes ago, I needed to print some more, and I clicked print from Evince. I got this error. I didn't cancel the job and decided to Google this problem. Around five minutes later, the printer just began to print! It took five full minutes at least and I did get the "Not connect?" error a few times, I just ignored it.
Very very odd. Oh, and I've seen this before (a month ago, I presume). I don't remember what I did. I'm on Intrepid, HP Deskjet 3745, using HPLIP 2.8.7 (2.8.7-0ubuntu6) and cups 1.3.9-2ubuntu9.1 Thanks -- "Not Connected?" printer popup every 10 seconds or so https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/207194 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
